Booth Details
  • Professionally draped and carpeted booth space, plus one 6' skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and one sign (booth # and company name). Note: Grand Foyer Booths receive two tables and upgraded seating.
  • All complimentary Booth Personnel registrations may attend conference General Sessions and lunch is provided Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional fees apply if company staff desire to upgrade to 3-Day Leadership Experience, and to other ticketed items.
  • Promotion of special booth announcements and giveaways in onsite mobile app and text notifications.
  • Exhibitor recognition ribbons.

 

Pre/Post Conference Marketing
  • Posting on conference website, October 2023 through March 2024 (includes company name and hyperlink to company website)

Exhibiting Schedule
  • Grand Foyer Booths are move-in ready on Monday, April 8 after 12:00 pm.  You can set up and be ready to greet attendees as they arrive at the Registration Desk to pick up their conference packets on Monday from 3:00-9:00 pm.
  • Standard Exhibit Booths are move-in ready on Monday, April 8 (12-5pm) or Tuesday, April 9 (8-11am) for a go-live Tuesday at noon.
  • Exhibit Hall Hours
    • Tuesday, April 9, 12:00 – 7:30 pm (Connection Central Grand Opening 5:15-7:30 pm)
    • Wednesday, April 10, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
    • Thursday, April 11, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (tear-down begins at 4:00 pm, unless you prefer to stay set up until after Closing General Session)

Connection Central Hours
    • Tuesday, April 9 - Exhibit Hall opens at 11:00 am with Boxed lunch pick-up and stays open through Connection Central Grand Opening,  5:30pm - 7:00pm
    • Wednesday, April 10, 7:30am - 5:30pm
    • Thursday, April 11, 7:30am - 4:00pm

 

Booth Personnel Registration:
  • An email communication will go out in January announcing Booth Personnel Registration. You will receive 2 complimentary limited registrations (General Sessions + Exhibit Hall + Boxed lunches Tues. and Wed.).
  • At this time, you can upgrade your registration for a full conference pass if you would like, giving you access to attend all of the Learning Experiences. You may also purchase special engagements like the CEO Forum, Men’s Breakfast, Women’s Luncheon, or Thursday Boxed Lunch. All of this can be done during the Booth Personnel Registration open period.

 

Book your Hotel Reservation:
  • If you haven’t already, book your hotel room through The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront through THIS LINK to receive the discounted rate.  There is a free shuttle to and from the conference venue.
  • We have not contracted with any other service to manage hotel reservations, so if you receive a call or email from anyone other than the hotel claiming that they are managing the hotel reservation consider this a scam.  Only use the link provided to make your reservations.
